What You’ll Do

As a Lead Installer, you’ll take charge of residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We don’t just swap out systems—we design and install full solutions, including: 

� Retro-fits & system replacements 

� New home installations & renovations 

� Multi-family projects 

� Heat pumps, mini splits & high-efficiency systems 

� New ductwork & line-set installations

What We’re Looking For

� HVAC installation experience (leadership experience preferred) 

� Ability to manage jobs and apprentices efficiently
